Tom has worked in all areas in the industrial and municipal sectors from engineering, construction, installation, startup as well as trouble shooting of all forms of rotating equipment.

Having owned several houses over many years and being a DIY guy all along has given Tom the visceral “pulse” of being a home owner. Through multiple renovations of varying size and scope as well as new home construction Tom has pretty well seen it all and done most things a home owner would dare to tackle.

His passion is people. He seizes every opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences with anybody he has the privilege of meeting.

Having completed the extensive Home Inspection course, and completed the in-field home inspection training practicum (as well as 40 years of home ownership) have equipped Tom with the tools and skills to perform top quality home inspections.

Tom is a resident of Sechelt, British Columbia where he resides with his wife Monique. He is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Waterloo. He is also a Graduate of Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Course,Tom has completed over 1500 Home Inspections. He is registered with Consumer Protection of British Columbia (Reg# 72384).
